Customers are requied to call The Matson Group Pty Ltd Warrant Department
between the hours of 7 am - 5pm Monday to Thursday to obtain a return
authority number prior to the return of any goods. Freight on return goods
must be paid by the sender. Goods will not be accepted for credit or warranty
after 12 months from the date of the original invoice.
Matson reserves the right to refuse credit for any goods returned in a condition
unfit for repair/replacement.
Unsolicited returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at
the sender’s expense.
