To assign Call Budget Amount:

Press DSS Key assigned to Assign

Call Budget.

Enter Room/Phone Number.

Enter Call Budget Amount. (Amount

is in 6 digits; use leading zeros )

Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.

Dial 1072-004-Room/Phone Number-

Call Budget Amount (Amount is in 6
digits; use leading zeros)

Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.

Call Block

To Block Room-to-Room Calls:

Press DSS Key assigned to Call

Block. (LED glows Red)

Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.

To Allow Room-to-Room Calls:

Press DSS Key assigned to Call

Block again. (LED turns Off)

Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.

Dial 1072-045-1

Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.

Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.

Alarm Status Report

To print Alarm Status Report:

Press DSS Key assigned to Print

Alarm Status Report.

Voice Guided Alarm.

Follow the Voice Mail System prompts

to set Alarm.

To cancel Voice Guided Alarm:

Repeat the above steps.

Lock Remote.

Select the option ‘Change Toll Control

Level’.

Press Key.

Scroll to select a Toll Control Level.

Press Key.

Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.

To set Auto Dynamic Lock:

Press DSS Key assigned to Dynamic

Lock.

Enter Room/Phone Number.

Scroll to select ‘Change Lock Timer’.

Press Key.

Set Lock timer for: 01-99 Minutes.

Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.

To set Manual Dynamic Lock:

Press DSS Key assigned to Dynamic

Lock.

Enter Room/Phone Number.

Scroll to select ‘Change Lock Timer’.

Press Key.

Enter User Password.

Set Lock Timer for: 00

Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.

Dial 1072-002-Room/Phone Number-

1-Scroll to select a Toll Control Level.

Press Key.

Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
