To print Reports and Logs, make sure the necessary configurations for the Destination

Port - Comm Port, Printer or Ethernet Port have been done. Contact your System

Engineer.

Room Maid Status

Dial 1054-Status

  1-Maid is in the Room
  2-Room is Dirty
  3-Room Clean can be rented

Press DSS Key assigned to Room

Status.

Enter Status (1-5).

Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.

System Administrator (SA) Mode

Press DSS Key assigned to SA Mode.

Enter SA Password.

Dial the desired SA Command.

Dial 1#92-SA Mode Password.

Dial the desired SA Command.

Daily Alarm:

Press ‘Alarm’ Key.

Enter Phone Number.

Enter Time in HH-MM.

Select ‘Daily’.

Select ‘Personalized’ or ‘Automated’.

Press Key.

Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.

MM-2-1 (Daily, Personalized).

Confirmation Tone. Go On-Hook.
