The extension is busy and
exact status of the
extension is displayed on
the LCD.

Operator gets music.
Destination extension gets
beeps.

The system connects you to
the destination after 5
seconds.

OR

Press 'TRAN'

Speech established after
the music stops. Once the
speech is over the
extension is connected to
the original call.

OR

Call transferred to the
extension and speech can
be established.

Call lands on DSS70, the
buzzer starts

Press 'ANS' key

OR

Press the selective DSS key
for the incoming call

You get connected to the
first call from the queue

OR

You get connected to the
selected caller and
conversation is
established.

Operator receives a call to
be transferred.

Press the 'CHN' key

Press the 'TRAN' key

The call is chained and
transferred to the desired
party. Whenthe extension
disconnects the trunk is not
released. The call returns
to the operator.
