The Command Tab (Figure 14) provides access to the Mascot protocol interface. Commands are typed on the
Command text entry line followed by pressing the Enter key to execute them. The results will be displayed in
the text area below the command line. Clicking the
Clear Output
button will clear all command output in the
lower area.
