Safety instructions:
Non -adherence to the safety instructions can cause bodily harm to persons as well as harm
to the environment and plant failure. Non-adherence to the safety instructions can result in
the loss of any damage claims. The plant operator must ensure that the contents of this
manual, in particular the safety instructions, are known to the operator.
- The spray lance may only be operated on the designated pneuMATO 55- LubeJet sprayer
Modifications to the spray lance are not permissible.

Before any repair or maintenance work is carried out the air connection must be drained by
pressing the gun trigger lever to relieve the pressure from the high pressure hose.
Never direct the spray lance at people or animals. Risk of injury!!

The use of accessories, for example hoses and connection nipples that are not supplied by
MATO, can lead to the risk of accidents in the individual case. No liability can be accepted In case
of accidents and damage caused by components.

After using the system, relieve the pressurized hose . Close air supply and operate spray gun
again.

Protect hose lines from damage and heat.

Replace damaged hoses immediately with original replacement parts.

Modification of the plant is only permitted after consultation with the manufacturer .
The operational reliability of the system is only guaranteed when correctly used.

Maintenance, inspection and repair work may only be performed by qualified personnel who have
carefully studied the manual.
Maintenance
:
Regularly check the pressurized components for damage.
Replace defective parts immediately with genuine replacement parts.
Please refer to the operating instructions supplied separately for instructions regarding the
maintenance of the spray gun.
Warranty
:
We remain legally liable under the statutory warranty under the adherence to the operating
instructions and the intended use of the system.
For warranty claims, enclose the purchase invoice from your dealer.

The operator must strictly adhere to the regulations regarding display, installation and operation of the
equipment for handling water- endangering substances (such as the Water Resources Act (WHG),
ordinance on installations for the handling of substances harmful to water (VawS) and technical rules
concerning flammable liquids (TRbF) )
