A - The device fails to deliver oil although A1 - There is no oil in the container (5).

A3 - Check if the sealing plugs (16) are not tightly screwed
on and the venting flap (12) is open.
7. Safety instructions
Failure to comply with the safety instructions can endanger persons as well as the
environment and the system. Failure to comply with the safety instructions may result in the
loss of any claim for damages. The operator of the device must ensure that the contents of
the operating instructions, in particular the safety instructions, are known to the operating
personnel.

Read these operating instructions carefully before commissioning.
•
Use of the oil dispenser for any purpose other than that intended may pose a hazard to health
and the environmental.
•
Do not fill the reservoir (5) over the STOP mark on the level indicator (6).
•
Be sure to place the unit on a surface that is free of oil and other slippery surfaces.
•
Do not place the oil dispenser on inclined surfaces; surfaces must always be level.
•
NEVER add brake fluid, fuel, flammable or corrosive liquids of any kind to the unit.
•
Do not expose the container to heat sources or naked flames.
•
Do not carry out welding work on the container.
•
Use only original replacement parts and do not make any changes to the oil dispenser.
8. Transport:
•
When transporting the oil dispenser, ensure that the shut-off valve (8) and the sealing plugs (16)
are closed. Accidental leakage of oil is thereby avoided.
9. Maintenance and care
•
Keep all surfaces of the oil dispenser clean and tidy, free from dirt and oil deposits.
•
Regularly check all connections and systems for proper function.
10. Warranty:
If the operating instructions and the intended use of the system are observed, we are liable within
the scope of the statutory warranty.
When making warranty claims, please include the invoice of your dealer with date of purchase.
11. Disposal:
After use has ended, dispose of the device is in accordance with the applicable statutory
regulations in an environmentally friendly manner.
Oil-contaminated parts do not belong in the dustbin!
