Maintenance
5.1
General
Attention!
Personal injury or damage to the machine can occur.
Before each use of the machine check all safety-relevant
parts and the hydraulic connections.
5.2
Service
●
The sweeper must be serviced at regular intervals.
●
After execution of the tasks all dismounted safety devices must be properly
reattached.
●
After the first 5 hours of operation check all screw and bolt connections and the
tension rod of the sweeper roller.
●
Oil or lubricate all moving parts.
●
Before each use, check the hydraulic connections for leaks.
●
Check the hydraulic connections, the first time after 5 operating hours, retighten
if necessary!

Important instruction!
Retightening only is not enough!!!
If there is a leaky hydraulic connection, first uncouple the connection then
move the hose or threaded union. After this has been done the threaded
union can be retightenend.
Servicing the universal joint shaft:
The universal joint shaft must be serviced regularly.
Comply with the instructions in the operating manual supplied by the manufac-
turer of the universal joint shaft
