3 Operation
3.1
Inserting film roll
1 - Insert new film roll (unwinding direction depends on which side the
“ cling ” is).
2 - Apply film according to the drawing below.
CI = CLING INSIDE (Adhesive side on the inside)
The film must be loaded into the braking system like this when using a "differential cling" film, the
adhesive side being on the inside of the film as it is unwound from the film roll.
CO = CLING OUTSIDE (Adhesive side on the outside)
The film must be loaded into the braking system this way when using a "differential cling" film, the
adhesive side being on the outside of the film as it is unwound from the film roll.
When using a "double side cling" film, it does not matter how the film is inserted. This machine is only
used with Cling Inside film.

Load height
This is an adjustable photocell (probe) mounted on the film carriage. This detects the load and stops
the film carriage as soon as it rises above it.
