OPERATION
2.5 Before Starting
THIS MASONRY SAW IS DESIGNED TO WORK WITH WATER
Before any cutting operation, make sure that the water reaches the pump.
Regulate the water volume by turning the lever of Water Control Valve to the left and right. When
turning the lever toward the vinyl hose attachment opening side, the water outlet will be fully opened
(maximum water volume) and when turning it 90
°
to the left or right, it will be fully closed (see
PICTURE 9).
THIS MASONRY SAW IS DESIGNED TO HAVE MAX. CUTTING DEPTH 160MM
Before any cutting operation, make sure that two screws are locked tightly in the Locking Sleeve (see
PICTURE 10). Loose locking sleeve will introduce injury!

1. Before powering or starting, check for damage that could prevent this equipment
from proper operation or performing it
’
s intended function. Check for binding and
alignment of moving parts. Check for damaged, broken, or missing parts.
2. Verify the On/Off switch is in the OFF position.
3. Before connecting the saw to a power supply, be sure the voltage, frequency and
phase of the job site power source meet the requirements of TABLE 3
4. Use a RCD (Residual Current Protection) plug or equivalent GFCI (Ground Fault
Circuit Interrupter) device between main power source and the MASTER 80 / 100 / 120.
5. Do not cover the motor vents as this could lead to motor overheating.
