** Part 4. Side burner

: the venturi is a small hole in the side burner pipe which allows the intake of air as the gas is 

sucked through the pipe. Adding the air to the intake of LP gas creates combustion 

– a flame. NB: the side burner   

pipe will always be loose fitting to allow for expansion/movement during the intake of gas and air. 
 

NB:

 Rotisserie equipment is not included.    It is available from specialist garden centres and is adjustable.
