ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1
Place seal on Mask.
Start at the nose, snap
the seal onto the shell,
press the seal onto the
mask working your way
around the shell
perimeter, check secure.

Thread the strap
.
With shell nose
down, thread the
strap downwards
through the top hole
[T] & up through the
chin hole [C], repeat
on the other side

Thread clip onto strap.
Thread approx. 4cm/1¾”
of strap into the clip
center hole, twist strap
90° and slide through
the notch, repeat on
other side

Twist strap 90° and
slide through the
notch, repeat on
other side

Install filter element.
Place the filter into the
mask, ensure it is
concentric and flat
5
Install Cap-lock
.
Align slots in lock
piece with the shell
notches, gently
press on the
outermost portion of
the Cap-lock and
rotate counter
clockwise until the
tabs lock in place
6
Final check
.
Look inside face mask
and ensure the filter
element is even and
there are no gaps
around the edge
