Check the thermostat setting as in (5) otherwise
contact the ‘technical assistance of Martellato,
or the seller.
Verify that the engine is switched on
The MOTOR
must be set
to ON and the light also
Note: The MOTOR light off does not necessarily indicate
that the engine turns, it may be malfunctioning, thus control
the rotation of the cochlea,
or empty the bowl of chocolate,
disassemble plates and the cochlea
and check the effective rotation
of the motor.
If the engine does not turn on, contact the ‘technical assi-
stance of Martellato or the seller
Make sure the chocolate is suffi ciently fl uid and verify as per
