The item is not positioned on a stable top. Finding a stable
base so that the chocolate spreads around the base of the
tower
Check there are no obstacles to the chocolate fl ow in the
pan. Even the presence of air could cause non-regular
fl owing. If so stop the cochlea, wait for the chocolate to fl ow
completely into the pan and then turn it on
Make sure

the HEAT light must be
in ON position and the light also
If the light is not lighted-up, check the connection to the
electrical outlet and be sure that the fuse is not interrupted,
possibly replacing it with an identical kind of fuse.
Note: The HEAT light off does not necessarily indicate that
the heater is not working. The light may be broken, then
check the heating including the increasing temperature of
the pan, preferably without content (chocolate)
If the heater does not work, contact the technical assistan-
ce of Martellato.
