Alarm
1. Press MODE twice for alarm. Press UP to
enable and disable the alarm and hour
signal.
2. Press SET once for the hours to flash,
or press SET twice for the minutes to
flash. Now press UP to set the hours and
minutes. Press MODE once to return to
normal time mode.
Timing
1. Press MODE once to return to switch to timing.
2. Press UP once to start the timing.
3. Press UP once to stop the timing.
4. Press SET to reset the timing.
5. To get split time – press SET once when the
timing is running. Continue the timing by
pressing
SET again.
6. Press MODE once to switch back to normal
time mode.
