1. Using the Product as Intended
Fully automatic railroad grade crossing with half gates for
single-track Märklin H0 C Track layouts. Warning cross buck
signs and built-in warning lights (light bulbs) are included.
2. Safety Notes
Make sure you read the following safety notes before using
this Märklin product for the first time.
• WARNING!
Not suitable for children under 3 years
. Sharp
edges and points required for operation. Danger of choking
due to detachable small parts that may be swallowed.
• Use only switched mode power supply units and transform-
ers that are designed for your local power system.
• This railroad grade crossing many only be powered from
a transformer or power pack.
• This railroad grade crossing many only be used with the
66361/66201/66365 switched mode power packs or with
the 66470 transformer for toys.

IMPORTANT!
Bare wire ends are not to be plugged into
the wall outlets of your household current.
• This product may only be used indoors.
• Do not store this product in direct sunlight or exposed to
extremes of temperature or to high humidity.
2.1 Note about switched mode power pack / trans-
former
• The switched power/transformer pack is not a toy. It is
used to supply current to a model railroad layout.
• Make sure you inspect the condition of the switched
power pack and its connections to the wall outlet for
damage at regular intervals (depending on how often the
switched power pack is used to play with the train), at
least once a week. This must be done with the switched
power pack unplugged from the wall outlet. If you have
the slightest suspicion that there is damage, the switched
power pack may not be used again until it has been
checked and repaired by the Märklin Repair Department.
2.2 Important Notes
• The operating instructions come with the product and
must therefore be kept as well as passed on when giving
the product to a third party.
• Please see your authorized Märklin dealer for repairs or
spare parts.
• The warranty card included with this product specifies
the warranty conditions.
