Lock Leg Developer

Pull out the U-shaped Lock Pin and insert the pin into the open hole on Leg Developer while not in
use.

Install Arm Curl Stand

Lock Leg Developer. Loosen the Lock Knob (#45). Pull out the Leg Developer and store onto the
stand on Base. Insert the Arm Curl Stand (#9) into the opening on Leg Developer Holder (#1).
