You must enter a “Sender’s” email address to send email notifications. We recommend
using a unique email address/account only for UPS event emailing instead of a person’s
’email address. This allows all the UPS notification emailing to be managed from one
email account and an email client (program) like Outlook, offering a central point for
management, updating, and security. Using an individual’s ’email address could be a
problem later if the person’s responsibilities change or multiple technicians enter their
email address.
