Is TMDS line of HDMI connector terminated by the TMDS signal of 3.3V
and is the signal output?

waveform of DDC_SCL/DDC_SDA confirmed in 106,107pin/109,110pin? (If the
waveform is not the reference waveform, proceed to NO.)
(24) Check Control signal (I2C).
Is waveform confirmed in TP[HDMI_SCL/HDMI_SDA], when the power is
turned on? (If the waveform is not the reference waveform, proceed to NO.)
The power supply circuitry is defective.
The RESET circuitry or IC501 is defective.
The IC501 is defective.
The pattern is defective of the HDMI_SCL/
HDMI_SDA line.
