FAST CASUAL GENIUS”
GAS CONSOLE PROGRAMMING AND FUNCTIONS
Functions:
Console switch-on, burner ignition, baking burner flame adjustment,
flame value on display, programming settings, safety blocking mode reset,
manual/automatic mode, power on indication, programming mode indication,
working or programming mode buzzer, fuel saving mode (programmed in the
factory) and cookplate anti-overheating mode (programmed in the factory).
Programming:
Automatic cooking flame, baking burner and turbo burner
automatic/manual mode, single flame settings from 1 to 5, flame modulated or off
during oven temperature maintenance.

General switch-on
: Make sure that the power on light (13) shows a steady green
light and the yellow light (3) is flashing and
hold down the MASTER IGNITION button
(1) for more than 2 seconds;
the "ON" light (2) illuminates with a steady green light
and the burners can now be lit.
General switch-off
:
hold down the button (1) for two seconds;
to confirm the switch-
off, the green light (2) goes out and both burners will be off.

Lighting the baking burner
.
Make sure that the general gas console switch-on
procedure
point “
G”
has been carried out
and hold down button (10) on the gas
console for more than 2 seconds.
The burner will ignite at the maximum power, with
all the lights (11) 1 to 5 illuminated to confirm this.
The burner is in automatic mode,
confirmed by the flashing of led (2).
If the red led (12) comes on as a result of this ignition operation, the burner is
blocked. Refer to "point M" for further information.
Switching off the baking burner
. In manual mode,
hold down the button (9) for
more than 2 seconds;
this will switch off the baking burner and the lights (11) will go
out to confirm this.
