FLAME SWITCH-OFF OR MODULATION ONCE THE OVEN IS AT THE OPERATING
TEMPERATURE

By default, in automatic mode the burner starts to modulate the flame to maintain
the oven at the set temperature, but it can also be set to switch off by enabling the
specific function.
This function enables burner switch-off when the oven temperature is more than
5°C above the set temperature; it reignites when the set temperature drops by 1°.
GIVING THE JOYSTICK BAKING COMMAND REIGNITES THE FLAME TO ALLOW BAKING TO TAKE PLACE.
Programming the flame switch-off/modulation function
: With the burner lit in manual
mode, green led (2) steady,
hold down the button (7) for 3 seconds until the baking
light flashes, then press button (1) until a continuous buzzer is heard
.
When the new option has been selected, the led (8) flashes green to confirm the
flame switch-off function; if the light is off, the flame modulation function is active.
Important:
To quit the programming mode, press the button (7) again for 3 seconds,
or wait 10 seconds.

programming can be locked out by entering code 333.
Control of baking using the joystick and flame variation during baking will still be
enabled.
Entering the programming lock-out code:
Press the set button (d) several times until
the lights (g
–
f) come on and three zeros appear on the display j; the code can
now be entered. Move the joystick (n) in the + (k) direction three times to set the first
figure 3, then confirm with set. Repeat the operation with the joystick (n) and the set
button (d) until the code 333 has been completed. Pressing the set button (d) for
the last time confirms the lock-out and the system quits programming mode.

Press the set button (d); the lights (g
