What I can do if the new product without power, or can’t charge power?
To Ensure best use of the device and battery life. When first charging, charge the unit for 30
minutes and then unplug, leave for a minute while on and then charge for 3 hours to prime
the battery.
What can I do if the camera can’t read TF card, or suddenly stop recording even
already choose the right recording mode?
Both of problems caused by faulty TF card, please use another original TF card, no copy or
fake brand. The card speed should be class 4 or class 6, otherwise it will stop recording.
Cannot take pictures or video clips.
Check the SD card whether it’s locked or has insufficient space.
Stop recording half way.
Please check whether your SD card supports high-speed transmission (marked with C4
or C6).
“File error” pops up in playback mode.
Please format the SD card.
No image on TV screen.
Make sure AV or HDMI cable is correctly connected. Make sure TV is switched to
correct mode.
