11. Troubleshooting
Before requesting service for this player, check the items below for a possible cause of the
problem you are experiencing. Some simple checks or a minor adjustment on your part may eliminate
the problem and restore proper operation.
PICTURE
No Picture
- Ensure that the equipment is connected properly.
- Connect the video cable securely into the appropriate jacks.
- Select the appropriate video input mode on the TV so the picture from the DVD video player
appears on the TV screen.
Picture Distorted
- The disc is dirty and needs to be cleaned.
- It is normal for some distortion to appear while Fast Motion Playback.
Picture not Suit TV Screen
- Change “TV SCREEN” setting in DVD Setup Menu to suit your television.
