1. Turn off engine. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Mount Senzit Monitoring Device near air filter housing using mounting bracket and tighten
until secure. Select a flat location away from moving parts and direct heat sources to mount
Senzit Monitoring Device.*
a. Test fit setup before installing. LED indicators should be easily viewable.
b. Secure bracket to mounting location.

* Additional components may be required depending on installer’s preference and equipment layout.
Remote Mount Installation (Recommended)
a. Apply thread sealing tape to M10x1 fitting on Senzit.
b. Install airline push fitting elbow to Senzit M10x1 fitting.
c. Remove port cover or existing indicator from air housing service port or air duct port. Inspect
for damage. Install airline push fitting elbow. If existing indicator has a power wire, run the Senzit
Monitoring Device in parallel using airline Tee (not supplied) with stock monitor. (See Ref. Image A.)
d. Install supplied airline tubing from Senzit Monitoring Device to air housing service port,
trimming off excess tubing using a plastic tubing cutter.
e. Use cable ties to secure airline away from moving parts and direct heat sources.
3. Install Senzit airline tubing and adapters.

4. Connect Senzit Monitoring Device power cable.
