Warranty conditions

The obligations agreed in the supply contract, MAN's general terms and conditions and the legal regula­
tions in force at the time the contract is signed all apply.

Failure to adhere to these instructions and all accompanying supplier operating instructions will lead to the
loss of claims under the warranty.

The use of non-approved parts leads to the loss of warranty claims.

Even after the expiry of the warranty period, we recommend the continued use of original parts, in order to
ensure the continuing performance of the engine.
