Make sure the device is supported by the CoolMIR keyboard by checking the list of
supported Blackberries on http://www.man-machine.com/products/coolmir.htm.

If you still have a problem, turn off the CoolMIR keyboard and turn it back on.

I get an error message that says “ Uncaught exception java.lang.Error ”

Your device is on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) and you do not have the right
application permission to load the CoolMIR software. Permission must be obtained from BES
administrator to download the CoolMIR software. The BES must be 4.0 or higher. For
instructions on how to allow the CoolMIR driver on the BES, refer to the “For Restricted
BES Users” section on the CoolMIR user manual.

system.ControlledAccessException error.”
