IMPORTANT SAFEGUARdS
1. Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance.
2. The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experi-
ence and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or in-
struction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety.
3. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
4. To protect against electrical hazards, do not immerse the cord, plug, or
appliance itself in water or other liquids.
5. Only use the appliance for household purposes and in the way indicated
in these instructions.
6. Stand the appliance on a stable, flat surface.
7. Never use the appliance near hot surfaces.
8. Make sure the cord never comes into contact with the hot parts of the
appliance.
9. Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Make sure the cord can-
not get caught in any way. do not wind the cord around the appliance
and do not bend it.
10. do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the
appliance malfunctions, or has been damaged in any manner, return
appliance to the nearest authorized service agent for examination, repair
or adjustment.
11. Never use the appliance outdoors and always place it in a dry environ-
ment.
12. Only use fresh and cold water.
13. Always fill in water between the MIN and MAX level mark. Never use
when water overfilling, since boiling water may be ejected.
14. When using, make sure the lid is closed correctly. Never open the lid
when the jug kettle is in use and when there are risks of hot water
projection due to boiling.
15. Be careful not to get burned by the hot steam when the water is boiling,
especially when you open the lid.
16. Never touch the hot parts of the appliance such as the metal body
(if applicable), only touch the plastic parts and take the jug kettle by
the handle.
17. do not forget that the temperature of the boiled water is high.
Handle your kettle with care to avoid any risk of scalding.
