Sundeck
The passenger seats located in the rear of the boat are designed to comfortably seat three
persons. Some boat models are equipped so that the bottom of the rear passenger seat
can be slid forward and placed on top of the arm supports to provide a sun deck.

The sun deck is not to be used while the boat is in operation.
Serious injuries or death could occur to persons not seated
properly should the boat come to an abrupt halt.
V-Drive Engine Access Hatch
An engine access hatch is located behind the rear observers
passenger seat on the V-Drive. Access allows the ability to
service engine for required maintenance and for additional
storage on both sides of the engine. To open hatch, depress
the switch located under the driver’s seat armrest.
The storage of the boat battery system is located under the
rear hatch. If the battery goes dead you will need to attach
jumper cables to the battery post terminal located on the
port side of the rear passenger seat. Attach the negative
lead first to the V-Drive unit, then to the positive terminal lead. Do not attach the positive
lead first. If you do not have access to jumper cables, the rear hatch can be accessed by
removing the pins in the transom hinges.
Ski Pylon
The patented, pivoting-head ski pylon is the solid aluminum post located directly in front
of the motor box. Minimal maintenance is required, but once a year remove the swivel
pylon head and re-grease with a high temperature bearing grease. This will increase use
of the pylon and reduce normal wear and tear.
