3.2 Connection Test
Complete this process only after you are familiar with all instructions in this manual.
To test, follow these steps:
1.
Read the entire instruction manual first, so that you are familiar with all the controls and functions
of the LD.300 MAKSIWA sander.
2. Connect the machine to the power source.
3. Turn the switch to the ON position. The sander should work smoothly, with little or no vibration.
Right after turning the machine off, if you suspect any problem, correct these problems before
turning it on again.
4 Settings
This machine can perform many types of operations that are outside the scope of this manual. Many
of these operations can be dangerous or lethal if done incorrectly. The instructions in this section are
written with the understanding that the operator has the knowledge and skills necessary to operate
this machine. If at any time you experience difficulties performing any operation, stop using the
machine. If you are an inexperienced operator, we recommend that you read books, trade articles,
or seek the training of an experienced operator, before carrying out any unknown operations. Above
all, your safety must come first.
4.1 Table Angle Adjustment
The support table can be tilted between 0º and 45º using the following steps: Release the handles
(A) on the sides below the table, without removing them completely. Position the table at the desired
angle checking the position on the scale (B). Tighten the handles again, locking the table. To be sure
that the angle is correct, check with the help of a template. If necessary, adjust the square pointer
on the scale.
