Before checking out, visually recheck the front panel of the Mako appliance:
If all is operational the Power, Internet, WAN and CMS LEDs should all be illuminated in GREEN as
well as LANs 1 and 2. In some instances, the Wireless LED may also be GREEN if implementing VFI
Mobile Self Checkout. LANs 3 and 4 should be GREEN if connected.

If there are any other indication lights, contact Mako Installer Support on 844 807 0307 (24x7).
You may be asked to connect a laptop to LAN3 and run a local MakoScope diagnostic as directed
by Mako.

Contact Verifone Help Desk to confirm that remote connectivity is available and the VRSD is
functioning at the site – for Verifone Support, chat the help desk through the support portal or call
the appropriate help desk phone number.
