DISASSEMBLING

Drill chuck can be removed as illustrated in
Fig. 2
when Drill chuck is not out of order.
ASSEMBLING
Take the disassembling step in reverse.
Note
: The fastening torque of 1R223 has to be 34.3N.m. up to 44.1N.m.

1. Fit the flats of Spindle to the notch of 1R139 and then hold 1R139 in vise.
2. Attach 1R224 and 1R298 to 1R223 and then secure 1R298 with Drill chuck.
3. Turn 1R223 counterclockwise.
1. Fit the flats of Spindle to the notch of 1R139
and then hold 1R139 in vise.
2. Insert the pin of 781024-2 into the hole of Drill
chuck, and then turn 781024-2 counterclockwise.

When removing a Drill bit is impossible, 1R298 can not be secured with the drill chuck.
Therefore, remove the drill chuck from Spindle as illustrated in
Fig. 2A or 2B

Flats of the hexagonal
ring of Keyless drill
chuck
1. Hold two flats of Keyless drill chuck in vise.
2. Fit the flats of 781007-2 to those of Spindle.
3. Turn Wrench 14 clockwise.
