DISASSEMBLING
1. Disassemble gear housing complete and rear wheel cover from motor section. (Fig. 2, Fig. 3)
2. Remove armature from gear housing complete. (Fig. 4)
3. Unscrew one 4x40 tapping screw with which gear housing complete is secured to rear wheel cover. (Left Fig. 9)
4. Disassemble gear housing complete with helical gear 45 by striking the edge of rear wheel cover
with plastic hammer. (Center Fig. 9)
5. Remove the assembled unit of helical gear 45 by striking gear housing complete with plastic hammer.
(Right Fig. 9)
6. Setting the assembled unit of helical gear 45 on Drill Chuck Extractor (1R139), remove spiral bevel gear 11
together with ball bearing 6202LLB using arbor press. (Fig. 10)
7. Remove retaining ring S-15 from spiral bevel gear 11 with Retaining Ring S and R Pliers (1R291). (Fig. 11)
8. Ball bearing 6202LLB can be removed from spiral bevel gear 11 with 1R269 "Bearing Extractor".
