INSTRUCTIONS FOR BEGINNERS
PREPARING FOR A RIDE

•

Go to the square/car park where you can find a lot of open space for lear

-

ning to manoeuvre.

•  In the beginning, it is advisable to learn how to use a longboard without

switching on the electric drive. Thus, in case of loss of power supply, your
safety on the road will be higher and it will enable you to ride to your de-

stination avoiding problems.

•

Practise pushing away on the longboard and manual braking.

•  When you feel safe enough, switch on the electric drive.

•

Moving the joystick gently upwards will allow a gentle start, moving the
joystick rapidly will cause fast acceleration (risk of losing balance on the
board). This also applies to braking, to brake softly you should gently move
the joystick down, a rapid shift will cause the board to stop suddenly (risk

of losing balance on the board).

•

Make as many turns of different lengths as possible. It will give you a chan

-

ce to avoid obstacles that may occur on your way in the future.

•

After getting control of the board and getting familiar with all its functions,

you will be ready to ride in public places.
