No Communication with Web Service
1 Check that the XDS software
(xds.exe) is not blocked by the
firewall (TCP ports 8080 and 8081).
2 Check that the correct XDS version is
installed.

No Communication with PTI/OBD Module
See section: "MAHA PTI Tool not Found (during Setup)".
4.6
No Communication with VCI
1 Start the Windows Device Manager.
2 Remove all „standard serial to Bluetooth connections“ while the USB adapter is
plugged in.
3 Shut down the PC, remove the USB adapter, restart the PC.
4 Plug in the USB adapter. After system message „new hardware found“ the
adapter can be used.
IMPORTANT
If the USB adapter is disconnected while the PC is running and later reconnected
to the same port, its function is no longer available. In this case, steps 1…4 must
be repeated.
