Mout the feeler. Push in the spindle with your finger, place the groove between the feeler and the
coupler into the fork, and screw the feeler onto the spindle in this position. (Fig. 5)
Be sure to apply screw lock or other adhesive to prevent loosening of the coupler.
Tighten the coupler by hand. Do not use pliers or other tools.

Securing the probe
Set the fork against the holder end and adjust the probe position so that there is clearance of 0.3 mm to
0.7 mm between the cap end and the coupler end, then tighten the lock screw to secure the probe.
Tightening torque: 4 N

Connect the air pressure circuit to the elbow with the air tube (outer diameter: 4 mm/0.2"). (Fig. 1)
(Set the supply air pressure to within the range of 0.3 Mpa to 0.5 Mpa.)
