Turn the switch to the on position. Warning: this lamp
needs about 20 seconds warm up time when it is switched
on. During this time, it will flicker. This is normal. Do not
turn the switch rapidly on and off as this may damage the
bulb and ballast. The battery has an LED battery charge
indicator: GREEN = full charge; AMBER = half charge;
RED = dead battery.

Use the two 1" X 1" square mating pieces of industrial stick-on Velcro

Stick one piece in the center back side of the hard hat and the other half on the strap where the

Press them together as in Photo 2.

Press the light mounting base to the hard hat, as in Photo 4.
