18. Attach the magnet plate to
MagListo

rack and invert the tube 3 ~ 4 times gently until the beads
tightly bind to the magnet.
19. Without removing the tube from MagListo
TM
rack, carefully take the supernatant containing DNA to a
sterile microcentrifuge tube.
20. Discard the used magnetic nano beads. Do not reuse the beads.
