2. Determine IP address of your router
• First you require the local IP address of your router. In
order to determine the IP address of the router on your
Mac computer, click on menu bar
. Select “System
settings” and then “Network”.
• The below window appears.
• Select the current network connection from the
window. This is indicated by the preceding green point
( in this case “WLAN”).
• Next open “Further Options”.
Change to page “TCP/IP“.
The local IP address of your router is listed behind
“Router“. The address in the below example is 192.168.16.1.
