600g very ripe tomatoes
½ garlic clove
¼ cucumber
2 tblsp olive oil
¼ sweet red pepper
salt, pepper
1 Wash vegetables. Peel cucumber and remove stalk from pepper.
2 Cut vegetables into pieces. Peel garlic.
3 Put everything through the Extra Press.
4 Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
5 Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

ATTACHMENT:
1kg ripe tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
2 tblsp olive oil
1 sprig of fresh basil, salt,
2 tsp sugar
pepper
1 Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces.
2 Add olive oil to frying pan and quickly fry crushed garlic with salt,
pepper and sugar. Then add tomatoes and basil. Simmer on low
heat for about 30 minutes. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
3 Slowly put through the Extra Press in small quantities.
