TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom
•Motor does not start.

Probable Cause
•Motor not connected to power
supply.
•A fuse has blown or breaker has
tripped.
•Thermal overload tripped.
•Pump is frozen.

•Air in pump.
•Unloader valve not adjusted

Correction
•Connect the motor to the power
supply.
•Change the fuse or reset the
breaker.
•Allow the motor to cool. Check that
the operating pressure is not too high
and that the power supplied to the
motor matches that required.
•Allow the pump to thaw.
•Change the fuse or reset the
breaker. Check that the power
supplied to the motor matches that
required.
