Using the chopper blade, you may also mix light dough like a
pancake batter or a cake mixture based on up to 250g flour.
For a pancake batter, for instance, first pour liquids into the bowl,
then add flour and finally eggs. Pressing (B/ Page 2) theswitch, mix
the batter until smooth.

Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
200-250 ml of vegetable oil
1 egg (yolk and white)
1 table spoon of lemon juice or vinegar
Salt, pepper to taste.
Place all ingredients in a glass in the above mentioned order.
Submerge the blender to the bottom of the glass. Switch on the
blender by pressing and holding the switch-on button, wait till
vegetable oil turns into emulsion. Then without switching off the
device slowly move the blender up and down until you get the
mayonnaise of desired consistence.
Cocktails from ice-cream
Using extra rich ice-cream and various syrups as ingredients you
can obtain the desired gamma of tastes for your cocktails.
Place 2 large scoops of ice-cream and 3 table spoons of chocolate
or strawberry syrup in the glass. Pour in ½ glasses of milk and mix
till it become thick and foamy. Pour into cold glasses. To make the
cocktail thicker add 1 banana before mixing.
