Possible Cause
Contact Points not making
contact.
Water is lower than the
water level sensor.
Water is exceeding the
Max water level line.
There may be a build-up of
oil on the ceramic disc.
Mist outlet is blocked.
Water may have entered to
the internal structure.
Power supply is not
connected.
The power cable may not
be connected properly.
Solution
Align the water tank correctly to the Contact Point
and check there is no water on the contacts.
Refill the tank with ordinary tap water. Take care
not to fill past the Max water level line.
Carefully pour out excess water from the tank,
away from the air outlet.
Clean the ceramic disc with water and a clean cloth.
Clean the mist outlet by thoroughly cleaning the
inside of the cover with clean water.
Follow the instruction for ‘Accidental Leakage’
above.
Plug in the power adaptor and DC Jack and press
the on/off button.
Disconnect the cable and try connecting properly.
The intensity and amount of mist may vary, but this is not unusual and should
not be considered as a fault. Factors that may affect this include water type,
humidity, temperature, air currents etc.
