UNLOADING AND ASSEMBLY

Model Year - 2009

STEP 4. REMOVE DRIVE WHEELS

IMPORTANT

Remove the drive wheels as a pair
from above the hood.

a. Remove the two bolts at front cross member

over the hood.

b. Remove one bolt at rear of hood directly under

center of drive wheel.

c. Attach a lifting device to lift hooks located in the

center of each drive wheel.

d. Carefully lift wheels off frame.

IMPORTANT

Ensure that tire is guided away from
cab roof when lifting wheels to prevent
damage to the cab. Chain on forward
wheel should be snug and loose on
the aft wheel.

e. Set wheels aside for later installation.
