9. Compressor control after defrosting
Item Explanation
Outline
When D sensor temperature reaches to defrost end condition,
stop defrost heater output and do defrosting postprocess.
After defrosting
Keep the compressor OFF for 3min. (Safety for after defrosting)
After sefety
for defrosting
The compressor shall be forced ON regardless of R sensor
temperature.
10. Lamp control
Item Explanation
Outline
Illuminate inside of the refrigerator compartment when R door is
opened.
R door open/close
The light is ON if R door is opened.
The light is OFF if R door is closed.
R door continuous open
The lights forced OFF if R door is opened over 5min or more.
But, when R door is closed, return to normal control.
11. Inspection mode

Switch to special mode for doing inspection in PCB factory.
Start condition
Short between K1 and K2, and Power supply ON.

12. Handling of the AT sensor
Item Explanation
Outline
AT sensor is on PFB. Therefore, it affected heat from other parts or
neighboring instruments.
To reduce these influence, following value regard as sensor value.
Within 1min
after Power supply ON
AT sensor regards it as 30
o
C.
When 1min passes, store actual AT sensor temperature.
(To stabilize PFB Unit test in LAB any temperature condition.)
After that
Store AT sensor temperature when compressor switched from OFF to
ON.
When sensor is
abnormal
If AT sensor value is abnormal, (Over 107
o
C or Under -38
o
C)
AT sensor regards it as 28
o
C, and continue control other instruments
normally.
