DEFROST CIRCUIT (cont.)

•If the heater is energized for 20 minutes in the defrost cycle, the next
refrigeration cycle is increased by 2 hours; if heater is energized for 30
minutes, the refrigeration cycle is maintained as is; if heater is energized
for 40 minutes, the next refrigeration cycle is decreased by 2 hours. So,
the defrost cycles range between a minimum of 1 defrost per 8 hours to
a maximum of 1 defrost cycle every 12 hours.

•When the refrigerator is connected for the first time, the electronic
board will send a signal to enable the defrost cycle after 8 hours of
compressor run time.

•If the refrigerator is disconnected or lost of power the board memory is lost
and the next defrost cycle will be initiated after the first compressor off time.
