While assuming you already have the J-Link OB probe drivers installed on you PC, 

Table 27

the configurations and status for using the on-board debugger or if needed other third-party ones.

In order to use the J-Link OB, make sure to slide all the SW2 switches on the “On” position. See 

Figure

, which represents the PCB Top side, to have a better visualization of the “On/Off” positioning of SW2.
