ELECTRICAL SAFETY
1.
Before the device is connected to the mains, one must
make sure that controlling unit is switched off. The switch
„PRAWO

2. The device and power supply must be checked for their
nominal voltage compatibility.
3.
The device shall be connected to a plug with the voltage
specified on the product nominal plate.
4.
Power supply electric installation must be equipped with
RCD with nominal tripping current In below 30 mA.
5.
Functioning of overcurrent circuit breaker must be
checked periodically.
6.
Periodically check the power supply cable. If non-
detachable power supply cable gets damaged and must be
replaced, it must be performed at a guarantor’s or by a
specialised repair centre or by a qualified person in order to
avoid any threat. Do not operate the device when the power
supply cable is damaged.
7.
During connecting to the mains, special precautions must
be kept.

heat sources, sharp edges and its proper state must be

OPERATIONAL SAFETY
1. The following equipment is not intended to be used by
persons with limited physical, sensory or mental
capabilities (including children) or persons inexperienced
or unfamiliar with that type of equipment unless the usage
occurs under supervision or in line with the equipment
operating manual provided by safety supervising persons.
2. One must prevent children from playing with the pump.
3. In case when the pump has got damaged , in order to
avoid any danger, it may be repaired by a specialist repair
centre or a qualified person to do
so
.
4. It is forbidden to operate the device in the vicinity of
flammable materials.
5. No maintenance works can be performed when the device
is in operation.
6. In case of any danger, pump operation must be stopped
immediately.
7. The pump can be restarted when the threat has been
eliminated. .
8. The device may be activated indoors only.
It is forbidden to make repairs while the device is under
operation.
RECYCLING
Worn-out product must be removed as waste only within
selective waste collection organised by the Network of
Communal Electric and Electronic Waste Collecting Points. A
customer is entitled to return the used equipment to the
electrical equipment distributor network, at least free of charge
and directly, if the device to be returned is of proper type and
serves the same purpose as the newly purchased device

STARTING WORK WITH A PUMP
1.
Prior to starting the work
the switch must be in “0”

2. Place of work must be kept as well-lit and properly cleaned.
3. Before usage, the pump must be cleaned thoroughly
4. While cleaning the pump one must take adequate
precautions to prevent the engine and the pump controller
from dampness.
5.
Subsequently, the hose Ø 40 must be connected to
discharge spigot by means of a coupler (supplied with a
pump).
6. Forcing must be submerged into the honey prior to start-up.
7. Connect the pump to the mains and check the forcing
rotation while switching on the pump.
8. If the direction is different from the intended one, pump
must be stopped and the direction must be altered on the
controller.
9. After forcing, the device must be cleaned and dried
PUMP MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANT!
Directly after work with the device,
the pump shall be
placed to the tank containing warm water and we shall pump
40 l of heated water in order to rinse the worm of the pump
After termination of operation, the PUMP must be cleaned
thoroughly in order to remove the remains of honey,
remembering to protect electrical elements. The action may be
repeated several times.
For the purposes of cleaning the suction and forcing device 40
l of heated water (50 to 60 degrees C) must be prepared. This
