Troubleshooting

Can’t calibrate the touchscreen,
change the date, time or adjust
the volume.

AppLock is installed and running on the mobile device. AppLock restricts User access to
running programs. Changes or modifications require Administrator access.

RFTerm opens and runs upon
each cold boot and warm boot.

Tap File | Exit to close the RFTerm application. When installed, RFTerm runs upon each
cold boot and warm boot. Suspend/resume does not activate RFTerm, if it was not running
when Suspend mode initiated.

The MX8WM seems to lockup
as soon as it is warm booted.

There may be small delays while the wireless client connects to the network and Bluetooth
relationships establish or re-establish.
