Trouble Shooting – Gas Machines
(Same as electric model except for the following)
Low wash temperature:
1.
Check temperature control set point.
2.
Check switches, fuses, and breakers that control the burners.
3.
Check to be sure electrical power and gas supply have not been interrupted to the burners.
4.
Check that all shut-off valves in the gas line and main gas valve are in the “OPEN”
position.
5.
Reset ignition control & try again. To reset control:
a.
Turn On-Off switch to “Off” position.
b.
Wait one minute, turn switch to “On” position.
6.
If above steps do not light the main burner, call your local gas appliance service technician.
Provide the person working on the machine with the ignition system information included
with this owner’s manual.

Trouble Shooting – Steam Machines
(Same as electric model except for the following)
Low wash temperature:
1.
Check temperature control set point.
2.
Check boiler pressure.
3.
Check to be sure electric signal is being sent to the steam solenoid.
4.
Verify that the strainer in the steam line is open.
5.
Check steam solenoid.
WARNING:
Do not set rinse thermostat above the boiling point of water. The boiling point of water
decreases with increased elevation at approximately 2°F per 1000 ft of elevation.
