6. After treatment, press and hold the [MODE/ ] button until a long
double beep is heard to turn off the power.

In COOL mode, the long triple beep is heard and the power automatically
turns off in approx. 5 minutes in Deliberate Course and in approx. 3 minutes
in Quick Course after the mode is selected.
7. Smooth your skin with your usual lotion.
Frequency
Other than COOL mode:
2 - 3 times a week
COOL mode: Can be used daily.
